Job Description:
EfiePro is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Customer Relations Officer to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and enhancing brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting EfiePro's services, engaging with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage promotional events, webinars, and other initiatives to engage potential and existing customers.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer service efforts, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on business goals.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, customer relations, or a similar role.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for customer service.

Employment Status:

  • Full-time, with occasional travel for events or client meetings as required.
